gitlab-ci: rm dash from macOS tests, it reliably segfaults

dash rarely changes and is reliably run on Debian in the hooks/pre-commit
job.  So remove it from the macOS job, where it is flaky and hard to
troubleshoot (who has macOS? ;-)
